What other names did your parents consider for you?
If I had been born a boy, I was to be called Kevin. I always thought that was funny in that my female name was chosen because it was very unisex and would not enable people to see only my name and know whether I am male or female. Why wouldn't my parents have used that for a boy too? Whatever.
